Through organization, management, and communication among the various teams, the Board of Directors promotes the smooth operation of activities, strengthens the institutional structure, and fosters leadership based on service and teamwork.

The INTBAU Mexico Active Council plays a fundamental role in the organization, as it is comprised of professionals who voluntarily participate actively in decision-making, strategy development, and project support. Their commitment and experience strengthen collective work, ensure the continuity of institutional objectives, and promote a shared vision oriented toward responsible and collaborative development. Other collaborators have included: José Yáñez, Roberto RodrÃguez, Pablo Funes, Mayolo RamÃrez, and Irina Yushmanova.
